HELP US UNDERSTAND HOW TO IMPROVE PATIENT SAFETY USING MEDICAL CHECKLISTS
This survey is meant to be completed by medical personnel after the occurrence of a critical event in medicine where a cognitive aid or medical checklist was used. This information will be used by the Stanford Anesthesia Informatics and Media (AIM) lab to better understand how cognitive aids and checklists can be used to improve medical care during critical events.
